What should I do if my delivery are late at Trask?

If a project is delayed in delivery, they will ship you the part of the inventory in your order. When the goods are available, they will ship you the rest of the order. The second batch of goods will not charge you any additional freight and handling charges.

Which packages are not accept when I make a return at Trask?

Trask performance is not responsible for the freight incurred due to the dealer's refusal to deliver. If the distributor refuses to deliver the goods, they will bear any freight incurred. Rejected packages will be charged a restocking fee. If the dealer has more than 2 rejected packages, their account will be immediately suspended and may be closed at Trask performance's discretion.

What's the warranty information?

• If your Trask performance product has defects in material or workmanship, and you return it to them within one year from the date of purchase, they will replace the product, or repair the product free of charge according to their choice. If they repair defective parts, they can use repaired replacement parts or materials. If they replace it, they may use a repaired one of the same design. Any products considered under warranty claims must be returned to Trask performance with the original receipt for quality inspection. 

• The warranty is limited to product repair or replacement. Products purchased through dealers or distributors are subject to the above Trask performance warranty terms. Therefore, they will repair or replace products deemed to be within the scope of the warranty terms. Trask performance will not issue letters of credit or refunds for products purchased directly from dealers or distributors. 

What's the warranty exclusions?

This warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to comply with installation and operating instructions, misuse, alteration, or attempts by anyone other than them to carry out unauthorized maintenance services. In addition, since all parts used on the track are under abnormal stress, Trask performance will, at its discretion, provide warranty for any parts used for race purposes. Due to the climate and high transportation costs, Trask performance finishes cannot be guaranteed outside the United States.

Does Trask provide a warranty?

• Trask performance products have the highest chrome plated surface quality, but in order to ensure its service life, it must be properly maintained. Salt, sand and humidity are harmful to chromium. If you drive a motorcycle under these conditions and do not clean and dry chrome plated parts, the service life of chrome plated parts will be shortened. 

• Do not use any abrasive cleaners or waxes. Trask performance reserves the right to decide whether the product is properly maintained and not abused. If your Trask performance chrome product has been properly maintained and has not been abused, you can return it to Trask performance within one year from the date of receiving the purchase. If it is found to be defective, they will replace it or repair it by ourselves.
