What is their shipping policy?
Different shipping methods will be provided depending on the items purchased and the place of delivery. Each mode of transportation has its own limitations and costs, which will apply to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to select the shipping method for your items. (please note that some goods may only be provided with one mode of transportation.) The transportation cost depends on the goods in your order and the transportation mode you choose. You can choose to upgrade your transportation mode to get faster services (such as express or overnight delivery).
If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and cleared before 12:00 pm (noon) est, or your order may not be processed before the next business day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Orders with quantities greater than 20 or orders with a total amount of $500 or more will be subject to separate review for fraud and other factors. If it is determined that these orders are legal, additional transportation and processing costs and other costs may be incurred. After the order is reviewed, they will contact the customer to inform them of the latest shipment, handling and any other costs. The customer can then accept an additional fee or cancel the order.
How do I track my orders?
In their warehouse, the tracking number is assigned to the package and is usually available within 24 hours. However, it may take 48 hours or more before the package is consigned to the carrier's tracking system. Therefore, even if your package has been shipped from their warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for 48 hours or more. Please allow an additional 12-14 working days to create custom print items before shipping.
When you click track order, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and order number. The order summary page will provide you with detailed information about current or past orders. After the order is shipped, your tracking number (if available) will be displayed.
