How do I return my garment for a refund?

• Send an email to [email protected] listing your contact details, order number, the item you want to return & whether you would like to exchange/return/credit along with the reason. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Free exchanges and store credits available on US orders.

• For all other countries, please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty. Unreal Fur does not cover any return postage costs unless the garment is faulty.

How do I exchange my garment?

• Exchanging for a different size: They can make a direct exchange if your new item is the exact value of the original purchase. If you wish to exchange for a different size in the same colour or shape please email [email protected] with your invoice information. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanging for a different style: If you wish to exchange for an item with a different value, you will need to email [email protected] with your request and they can either charge the difference to your card or organise payment via the phone.

• Faulty Garments:

• Please note this policy does not extend to faulty garments. Under the Australian Consumer Law, they are required to repair, return or credit all faulty goods. Please email [email protected] if you have a faulty garment and they will contact you directly to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
• Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable. All garments are to be returned at the customer's expense. Shipping may be reimbursed at the discretion of Unreal Fur for faulty garments. Should the garment be returned to Unreal Fur, only the paid price of the garment will be refunded to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Once you have placed an order and your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and the courier responsible for delivery.

• They ship all orders within one business day of the order being placed online.

• They will endeavour to offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 1pm AEST. Orders placed online after 1pm AEST will be dispatched on the next available business day.

• For domestic US orders, your order should be delivered within 5-7 working days, depending on location.

• For all other international orders, your order should be received within 5-8 working days.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately once you have placed your order it cannot be amended and combined with another order.

What payment methods does Unreal Fur accept?

They accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay & Paypal payments. They also accept Afterpay, ZipPay and Klarna as alternate methods of partial payment.

Does Unreal Fur offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately not. They offer express international shipping as an option at checkout.
