What are not covered under the warranty policy?
Warranty policies vary by brand; however a general rule of thumb is that items will be covered if there is a defect in the material or workmanship of the item purchased.
Warranties will NOT cover items damaged in an accident or crash, items that are improperly cared for (pay close attention to care tags/instructions) or items that have deteriorated from normal wear and tear, including rips, tears, burns, abrasions.
What is the international shipping policy?
UpNorthSports.com is pleased to offer international shipping via their partner GlobalShopex.com.
Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “International (Except Canada) Checkout” option.
The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost for shipping and duties and taxes upfront. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

How much does the shipping cost?
Up North Sports calculates shipping charges based on the total price of the submitted order. In most cases, you will be able to review shipping charges before actually placing your order.
Free Shipping - They provide FREE Shipping for orders totaling over $100.00. Applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States. Does not apply to product with special shipping requirements. IE: Ice Fishing Shelters, Snowmobile Lifts, dollies, Cobra Windshields, etc.
Their shipping charges apply to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. They will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but there may be an additional cost. They will notify you via email prior to shipping of any increased charges.
What if something returned or exchanged is damaged?
Any items returned in case of damage will be reviewed by the Northern Sports Association to determine the cause of the damage.
If it is determined that the damage was caused by the shipper, UpNorthSports will work with the shipper to compensate for the cost of the damage.
Causes of damage may include improper packaging, handling, replacement, etc. The reasonable value of the damage will be determined by Northern Sports, which will be recovered from the shipper or customer.
