How to enjoy free shipping?
Items marked "Eligible for Free Shipping" may be eligible for free ground shipping within the continental United States (48 states) on most orders with a value greater than or equal to $49.00. Items marked with the Free Shipping logo are eligible for free ground shipping within the continental United States (48 states).
What should I do with a refund?
UroTuning will accept returns of unused products within 60 days of placing the order. If the product is returned within 60 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. Any returns made outside of the 60-day return policy time frame may be eligible for a refund for UroTuning in-store credit (Note: non-stock items after 60 days will only be accepted at UroTuning's sole discretion). Customers are responsible for shipping and charges for returns unless otherwise stated. Original shipping charges are non-refundable (free shipping items are still subject to non-refundable actual shipping charges).
What is UroTuning's price matching policy?
UroTuning will match the advertised price for most, but not all, products listed on their website.
UroTuning does not match the pricing of Amazon, eBay and other general discount sites. This includes any sites that are not European-specific product listings (such as sites that sell parts for all makes and models).
The total price match price must be the price of the item, including shipping from a competitor to your desired location.
Items purchased on UroTuning.com must be identical to the advertised item (eg, same brand, part number).
Coupon codes may not apply except for price-matched items, and they will not match any typographical errors in their advertisements by competitors.
Price matching depends on inventory. If the item is out of stock or about to release, they will not match the price.
