What are the non-returnable items?

• They will not accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items out of the 30 days warranty time-limit.

• Washed, worn, used or misused items.

• Due to hygiene reasons, they cannot offer refunds or exchange on Accessories, Jewelry, Earrings, Sexy Lingerie, Bodysuits, Underwear, Sleepwear, Swimwear, Beachwear, Nightwear, Activewear unless the items are visibly defective.

Can I exchange my order for a different one?

• If you received an incorrect or defective item, please submit your exchange application on After-sale service, and they'll exchange your item(s) for free.

• If the items are correct without defective, exchange shipping postage will be charged by the customer. The customer should bear the return shipping fee if the original shipping.

What is the 30 Days Returns Guarantee?

• Customers can contact them within 30 days from the date of receiving item(s) except the Non-Returnable items. 

• If you have received defective or damaged, wrong size or wrong product, please apply an after-sale service or email them immediately.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• If you place your order before 4 pm, they will start processing it on the same day excluding the back order. And your parcel will be sent out within 24-48 hours.

• The delivery time depends on the country you live in and the shipping method you chose for your order. 

• You can check the Expected delivery date in your Yoins account after a parcel was sent out.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

• Before it is shipped out. Please contact them to change address and leave them your correct address, then they will change address for you if they could.

• Please noted that all the information shall be written in English letters and there shall have the detailed street number and house number.

• After it was shipped out. They could not change your shipping address as items were shipped out. 

• Please pay attention to the tracking information of your parcel, when arrived in your country, you can try to contact the related courier or post office to change delivery address for you.
