What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival at the parking facility. If you cancel less than 48 hours after the parking facility reservation time, you will forfeit all monies paid. If you make a reservation at a parking facility and cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your arrival date and time, you will forfeit all payments made. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the parking facility reservation time, a 50% refund will be issued to your credit or debit card within seventy-two hours thereafter. Webmaster services may include, but are not limited to, a $5.00 customer service fee and any credit/debit card transaction fees that may have been paid when you paid for the reservation.

Can I park every day?

All parking facilities are generally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, you can only check in and use the shuttle during specific business hours for each parking facility. Parking lot accessibility and shuttle accessibility operating hours vary by parking facility.

Will there be a notification if the reservation is successful?

Immediately after purchasing a reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email. Please print your booking confirmation and present it to the designated representative of the parking facility upon arrival. Some parking facilities may require you to include the make and model of your vehicle, as well as the license plate number and issue status, on your booking confirmation.
