Does FLOS USA provide Free delivery service?
Yes! They provide free UPS Ground shipping on all orders of $50 and over within the 48 continental states. All orders that are delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will charge you a 15% postage. A flat rate of $14.95 will be applied to orders under $50. Shipping costs for all other services will be calculated based on the percentage of the cost of products you are ordering, that will be demonstrated in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

What is Return policy of FLOS USA?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days. To return you purchase, you have to contact customer service for a return authorization number first. they won't accept any returns without an authorization number. Returned products must be in the original packaging, in resell-able condition and not installed. Return of goods must be freight prepaid. If product is received in poor condition due to unsatisfactory package, customers will be charged for repair or replacement of the fixtures. For this reason, they strongly suggest you to use an insured, trackable shipping way to return your order. Items must be received by them within 15 calendar days from when they issue the authorization number (RMA) or you will not receive any credit for your return. Please note: Clearance items, parts, outdoor and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

What should I do if I receive damaged items?
If you receive damaged items, you should notify FLOS USA immediately in the event that your package arrives damaged. If customers failures to make any claim against FLOS USA within three business days from delivery date, you will be regarded to give up the right to make claims of any damages, errors or shortages by default.

How long will my order be delivered?
As long as your order is in stock at their Syosset warehouse, it will take 7-10 business days to deliver to your door within the continental United States. Regularly shipments and deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Please note that many spare parts are not stocked and require a longer delivery time. If an item is not in stock they will contact you with the expected delivery date.   

What is Replacement policy of FLOS USA?
FLOS warrants their products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery. The warranty period is two years for all LED products. Therefore during the warranty period of your product, FLOS USA will repair or replace products that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse.
