What to do for an missing item during the shipment?

• Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of their site to track your order status. 

• Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. 

• If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. 

• If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my order ship?

• Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. 

• Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. 

• You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

How to returns on incorrectly ordered items or unwanted items?

• If you accidentally ordered a wrong part or if you no longer want an item you ordered, it is returnable for up to 60 days after the original shipment date. 

• A restocking fee of 15% may be assessed for this type of return and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

• Returned items must be in as-new resalable condition. It is not possible to return an item more than 60 days after the original shipment date without approval.

What if I received the damaged items?

• Your satisfaction is important to them. Should you find that the product(s) you ordered do not meet your 100% satisfaction, you may return your items to them.

• USA Vacuum, LLC covers all costs of replacing items that are either shipped incorrectly or are damaged in transit. They will ship a replacement right away and there will be no extra charges for shipping or merchandise. 

• They will include a prepaid return shipping label with the replacement shipment to return the bad items to them.
