How long does shipping take?

• It typically takes 1 business day to process your order and another 5-7 business days to arrive at your destination.

• Please keep in mind that any orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day.

• Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and any other carriers they may use.

• Please note that they cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

How to return my purchase?

• Contact [email protected] with your order number to authorize your return and receive a return label.  Returns without authorization are not accepted.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Their 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. They need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

• If they receive your item back in their warehouse and it does not meet their return policy terms, then they may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

What's your refund policy?

• Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Mopnado will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. 

• A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling and any separate fees. Credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

• If they receive your item back in their warehouse and it does not meet their return policy terms, then they may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. 

What is the Mopnado's warranty policy?

• Mopnado mop systems purchased from authorized sellers are covered under a limited 1-year warranty. The warranty covers damage incurred under correct use or due to a manufacturing defect.

• Mopnado is not liable for claims that exceed the cost of the product. Warranty does not cover damages to your floor or home. Mopnado is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of its products.

• If you're giving their products as gifts, please provide the lucky recipient with the order number you receive in your confirmation email. They can't verify an order or enact a warranty without this.

• Warranty cannot be enacted under the misuse or abuse of the Mopnado.
