Why am I only able to select Express for shipping?

• If you are ordering Glutathione or troches, they require refrigeration during shipping and so they must be shipped express 2 day.

• It is ok if the ice packs are melted when they get to you as they will stay cool in that packaging for 36 hours before they become warm. Make sure you store it in the refrigerator upon arrival. 

How long does it take to process my order?

• There is a 7-10 business day processing time before your prescription is filled and shipped. 

• From there you have 3 shipping options: Ground (5-7 business days) for $15.95 or 3 day for $19.95, or 2 day for $24.95. 

• Please note if you are placing an order during a sale there may be a delay in processing. 

• Shipping quotes do NOT include processing time before shipment. 

Do I need a prescription?

• Yes you will need a prescription, and they help you get the prescription you need.  

• You will fill out a short medical form upon submitting your order. 

• Their physician will review your medical details and will reach out via telephone if further information is required. 

• The reason for this is to see if you are a good candidate for the medication you are requesting.  

• If you are approved, they will send your prescription to the pharmacy they work with and they will fill and ship your medication directly to you. 

How to use the credit card to pay for orders?

• Select the "Credit Card” payment option at checkout and submit your order. Your payment will not be processed yet. 

• They will text you a link to your invoice within 12 business hours upon placing your order. This is a manual process so this will not automatically happen upon submitting your order.

• Once you receive the text, follow the link to pay the invoice. At this point they will move your order through the next steps of processing to prepare for shipment. 

Is E-Check safe?

• Yes, it is for 3 reasons. The first, as tehy already discussed, less people handling an echeck over a paper check.  

• The second is, you are protected by Regulation E, which is a regulation allowing you to revoke a fraudulent charge within 60 days of when that charge occurred.  

• And finally, eCheck processors observe the same security standards as your banking establishment including 

• sophisticated encryption and secure data storage.
