What is the shipping policy of Versace ?

For Second Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping the order must be placed by 11 am EST in order to be shipped same day. Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders ship from their U.S. warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successfully delivery. At the moment they are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, to FPO/APO addresses and to PO Boxes. Fragrances are not available for Next Day or Second Day delivery methods, and cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

How about Versace  return policy ?

Any issues caused by the use of a courier or a return label other than theirs are not attributable to Versace. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Your return may take until 5 business days to be handled by their warehouse. After that you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. They apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is there any exchange policy ?

No. At present, they do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to them and place a new order for the correct item online. Please note, that items purchased from a retail store cannot be exchanged at the Versace Online Store, and vice versa.

What payment method do they accept ?

They accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  In case of payment through PayPal, the amount will be charged the day of the order. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your bank or PayPal account. When sending goods back, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
