What payment methods do you accept?
They accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal, and their payments are powered by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry, paying through PayPal just means your transaction is secure and they only see the last four digits of your card.
Alternatively, you can use your insurance benefits - FSA or HSA card, just as you would enter your credit card details.
Once I have made an online payment, can I cancel it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a "refund" in "My Account - My Orders" where they can cancel your order and refund your money. Unfortunately, they are unable to cancel your order directly if you wish to do so when your order is already accompanied by a waybill number. However, if you receive your NextPair and are not satisfied in any way, you can request a return with free shipping.
What is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free and is expected to arrive within 14 business days. If you wish to upgrade to UPS Priority shipping, you can do so by paying an additional $39.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
At NextPair, returns are free of charge. If you would like to return your order, simply request a return in My Account - My Orders and expect to receive a pre-paid shipping label that you can return via UPS.
What if my shipment is late?
Standard express delivery times may fluctuate by a few days, especially in the case of natural causes such as national holidays or inclement weather. If this does happen with your order, please contact them and they will do their best to expedite your delivery.
