Does VeSync support warranty?

VeSync warrants products (Levoit/Cosori/Etekcity) against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase under normal use and conditions. VeSync agrees, at their option, to refund or repair any defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, or provide an equivalent product free of charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase. The above warranty policy applies only to Levoit, Cosori and Etekcity products. For other brand products, please refer to the relevant product introduction and user manual.

When will my order be shipped?

VeSync ships with FedEx and USPS. They offer free shipping on orders over $20. When you place an order, please make sure to enter the correct name, address and contact details so that they can successfully deliver your item. Most of their carriers make three attempts to deliver the package. After 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to VeSync as an undeliverable package.

Can I return the item?

All refund returns must be authorized by VeSync within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA number. A return label will be emailed to you for returns. Refunds will be processed in the same way as payments. The refund process will take approximately 7-15 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. They will review your return and refund request within 2 business days.

Can I exchange it?

If you have received a defective product or you have received an incorrect order, they will be happy to provide you with an exchange. All replacement returns must be authorized by VeSync within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA number. A return label will be emailed to you for returns.
