How to calculate the delivery charges?

Viviano Flower Shop has its own fleet of delivery trucks and makes daily deliveries throughout the Detroit Metropolitan area. Delivery charges vary depending upon the zip code in which the delivery will be made. The charges range from $13.00 to $18.00.

Can you deliver to schools?

Yes, but there are a few issues with deliveries to schools. They deliver flowers to the school office and it is the responsibility of the school to notify the recipient of their floral delivery. Upon occasion, schools can refuse the delivery. If this happens, they will notify you and attempt to get an alternate address for the recipient. If you want to have a delivery made to a school for Valentine's Day, they encourage you to send the arrangement the day before. 

Can you delivery at a certain time?

• They would also be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries namely AM, PM or by a specific time in the afternoon, such as by 4:00 PM, if the order is placed 24 hours in advance. They will diligently endeavor to meet your special delivery requests; however, in some cases, delivery may not be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond their control. Also, in general, they are unable to accommodate specific times during the two-day period prior to and including the major floral holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Sweetest Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

• If you have an early delivery time request or a very specific delivery time request then please contact them at 1-800-VIVIANO. They are often, though not always, able to accommodate such requests. It is best to inquire about unusual delivery requests by calling between 8am and 6pm EST Monday through Friday, 8am and 6pm on Saturday, 9am and 2pm on Sunday, and 9am and 12pm on holidays.

What happens if I cancel the order? How can I get my money back since I used my credit card?

If you cancel the order on the day of placing the order, they have authorized you to trade. This means that they will not settle transactions now, and the temporary holding of funds will eventually decrease. Unfortunately, all banks have different processes, and they cannot determine when the funds will be released. The business days of most banks are 3-5 working days, but there are great differences. If you cancel the order the next day after placing the order, they may need to open a letter of credit, which means that you will see the transaction record, and then you will see the return of the letter of credit.
