When will my order be shipped?

VSSL offers free standard shipping on all orders of $125 and up (excluding tax). For shipments totaling less than $125, the above shipping charges apply. Please note that they cannot guarantee expedited delivery to PO boxes or rural zip codes. They cannot be shipped to international PO boxes. Please wait 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing and delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. They can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What should I do with a refund?

Be sure to have the information on the packing slip and the name of the original purchaser of the order available to a customer service representative over the phone. They offer a 30-day purchase return policy. They will refund the total amount of the items returned in your order, minus one-way shipping.

What is their warranty policy like?

If anything happens to your VSSL, you don't have to worry; it comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for repairs, replacements or refunds. • This limited warranty does not cover any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excessive moisture, fire, improper packaging and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier people), lightning, electrical surges, or other natural behavior.
