What is their return Policy?

• You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
• All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer.
• All UK orders include an easy-peel returns label, this is a loose label not attached to the invoice.  Simply stick it on your parcel and drop it off at your local post office. They will refund the transaction amount minus a £3.50 handling charge. Please ensure you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to them.
• Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.

What is their Cancellations policy?
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell them in writing or via their Facebook page within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered.
