What is Warrior Return Policy? 

• Thier physical office locations are currently closed. Thier customer service team is available as normal to answer questions you may have. The following information regarding your return is based on thier standard operating procedures.

• For items which meet these criteria noted below, only items approved in advance for return by Warrior will receive credit or be replaced. Any items returned without prior Warrior approval may be disposed of and a refund not given.

• Items themselves are materially flawed or have a manufacturer's defect.

• The quality of the decorating (e.g., the printing or embroidery) has a visible defect in printing or stitching.

• The design of final custom products is materially different from the final design submitted by you and received by Warrior.

• You will ship the product to Warrior at your expense, and Warrior will retain title and risk of loss until receipt by Warrior at the designated return destination and will not receive credit until receipt by Warrior.

• Warrior reserves the right to inspect the item(s) once returned to determine if the product is eligible for a replacement.

• Non-defective used products may not be returned for any reason.

• Please allow 7-10 business days after they receive your package to process your RA.

What is Warrior Shipping Policy?

• UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. In-stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received. All orders received for in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Normally $7.99 for orders under $99.

• ESTIMATED DELIVERY: 2-5 business days once shipped.

• SHIPPING AVAILABILITY: 48 contiguous United States.

• EXCLUSIONS: Custom order items delivery vary based on product. Shipping lead times will be communicated in order confirmation e-mail.

My product is back ordered. When will I receive it?

Due to the high demand of several Warrior products, Warrior cannot maintain stock of certain items. Thier commitment to you is that they'll do thier best keeping the shelves stocked and work overtime to ship backordered items as quickly as possible. Can I cancel or change my order?

Your order has already been processed and the details sent to thier automated warehouse is beyond the point of any changes or cancellations being able to be made. It is with good intentions that they process orders quickly so they can ship as quickly as possible. Even though your order has not shipped, they do not have a way to locate it within thier warehouse system to make any changes or cancellations at this point.

Does Warrior will Send me something for free?

While they wish that every request like yours could be rewarded, it would be unfair to the competition if everybody could have the Warrior advantage for free! There wouldn't be any corner ripping, ankle-breaking, bone-crushing hits, ridiculous takeaways, ground ball vacuums, and walls in the cage because the competition would become too fierce!
