What is the referral policy?

From time to time, Washos may offer a referral program whereby you can earn points redeemable for Washos services by sharing with your friends the unique referral link provided to you by Washos ("Referral Link"). Please note that points and coupons cannot be combined. To earn points, the referred customer must be a new Washos customer and sign up for the service using your referral link.

What is their regular schedule?

To sign up for a recurring plan, book on the app or web. You will be able to choose the frequency, date, time, and add any other services you may need. After that, your booking will be automatically scheduled based on the frequency you choose, and you will be billed after each service is completed.

What is their satisfaction policy?

Washos has a strict satisfaction policy, if you are initially dissatisfied with their service, they will try to find the best solution to solve the problem.

The Washos Satisfaction Policy applies when:

• The service was completed within the last 24 hours. (For recurring services, each appointment is considered a separate occurrence).

• The scope of work for which you were charged did not satisfy you. (i.e. quality, detailer behavior, vehicle damage, etc.).

• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding balance.

How to cancel and reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel for free within 15 minutes of booking.

After 15 minutes the charges are as follows:

• There is a flat fee of $10 for same-day rescheduling or cancellation.

• 50% of the booking price for rescheduling or cancellation within 2 hours of the booking expiry.

• If the vehicle is not present or cannot be reached 30 minutes after the reservation time, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
