Can I make a return or exchange at Wet Okole?

• They are happy to replace or repair any defects in their workmanship. Defective items will be exchanged with substitutes, but if there is no substitute, a letter of credit will be issued. Decorative products cannot be returned or replaced. 

• Any products used are not returnable or replaceable. If for any reason, you may need to return the seat cover to us for any type of repair or any other special problems, please understand that in order to prevent the seat cover from permanent folding, you must put the seat cover completely flat in the box. Don't fold or roll the ball or the contents of the box!

How can I make a return at Wet Okole?

• The return authorization number (ra#) must be obtained from wet okole Hawaii by calling 1-888-24-okole. When returning products, RA must be clearly displayed on the shipping carton. 

• Please attach the original packing list and the reason for return. If there is no packing list, please provide the order number of the original purchase. They suggest you use a reliable shipping company and insure the goods. The customer is responsible for the freight.
