How long can I get my products at Wheelworld?

• Please note that your order must be placed by 8:00am Pacific Time to ship the same day that the order is placed. They offer three shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (1-4 Business Days)

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

• Express Shipping (1 Business Day)

• On occasion they may over sell on a particular product. They do all they can to avoid such circumstances but at times they are unavoidable and they do sincerely apologize. In such a case they will contact you ASAP to let you know about the situation. At that time they will see if you would like them to order the product if it is still currently available at the advertised price, or, if you would like them to cancel the order.

Can I make a return or exchange at Wheelworld?

• All Exchanges / Returns must be made within 15 days of original purchase. Product must be in new unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging and the purchase receipt. Come into the store or ship Exchanges via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (they do not accept CODs). They will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise exchanged / returned must be in NEW UN-USED condition.

• Send a copy of your invoice with the product, save one copy for yourself.

• Call them at (800)529-2530 to get an RA#

• Write your RA# on the outside of the package and on the copy of the invoice you will be sending back with the product.

What's the available to order?

"Available to Order". You will see this displayed with items that they currently do not have "In-Stock" but their vendors do. They can get these products in less than a week and sometimes in 1 day! It will depend on which vendor has the product and where they are located. If you would like to order one of these items you can place and order online or come into the store.

Does Wheelworld gurantee the price?

• You can be confident in your purchase here at Wheel World. If you make a purchase with them and find it for less at one of their competitors or here at Wheel World, they will give you a store credit for the difference! 

• Offer valid within 30 days of purchase date. Present a verifiable "Advertised" price on the identical item (model, year, size and color), Instock at their competitor, and they will give you a store credit for the difference! Offer not valid with any other offer such as, coupons, giveaways or interest free financing. Other Exclusions: pre-owned products, custom builds package deals, free labor or shipping, wholesalers, auction sites, overseas retailers, liquidation outlets or going out of business sales.

Can I backorder the product at Wheelworld?

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, these items will not ship or be charged to your account. If you would like to backorder the product please contact them by phone at 1(800)529-2530. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
