What is the travel policy?

You must be at the departure location (Niagara Falls or Lewiston) 45 minutes before departure time to register, sign a participation agreement, and take mandatory safety training. Allow enough time to find your reserved location. During busy months, traffic can be very heavy. Late arrivals will not result in a refund. It is important to register your travel time before you take the mandatory pre-travel safety training. If you miss the safety instructions, you will be automatically moved to the next available travel time without notice.

Why give a deposit?

A 25% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee your seat on the Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour. This contract must be signed and returned to complete the reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours of the departure date. The full balance should be paid 48 hours before your departure. The exact number of passengers must be guaranteed at this time. If you do not confirm your number 48 hours prior to arrival, the credit card associated with your account will be charged for the number of people you originally booked.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. They do not offer refunds for any reason. If you are unable to travel for any reason, they will issue Raincheck vouchers that can be used on any date, anytime, anywhere and never expire. They do jet boats rain or shine. If you want to change the date and time due to the weather, they are more than welcome to do so, but they will not issue refunds due to weather. They will be happy to issue you a Raincheck voucher. For those booking the "Wet Jet" tour - please bring a full suit because you will get wet! They will give you the gear you need for free.
