What is their return policy?

• Goods can be returned and exchanged within 60 days from the date of purchase (excluding "final sale" or "as is" goods, gift cards (except for legal requirements) and gift boxes). Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, or the purchase date and amount must be verified in their system. Customer identification may only be required for fraud prevention purposes. They reserve the right to refuse or restrict the return or exchange of goods for any reason. 

• If they choose to refund or exchange without proof of purchase, they will consider all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (such as part of eligible purchases) and coupons that may apply. Your non received return within 90 days is limited to $250 (excluding defective goods). The refund will be made by the original payment method, but the return of the gift receipt may give credit to the goods.

What is their shipping policy?

• The information is based on orders from Monday to Friday at 10 a.m. est.

• Standard delivery applies to all U.S. addresses. Apo/fpo military address delivery is delivered through USPS within 4-10 working days.

• Post office box, apo/fpo military address and other specific areas that cannot be reached by our parcel transportation company do not provide express delivery and next day delivery.

• International express delivery is not available at the international post office box. If your country / region is not listed in their drop-down country / region box, they cannot ship there at present.

• Whbm provides shoprunner members who shop online for $50 or more with a two-day free delivery service. Shoprunner delivery will follow the next day delivery policy (see above).
• Please note: "working day" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The second day required on Friday does not apply to arrival on Saturday. The sales volume delivered to customers is FOB delivery point.
• Non whbm reward members and whbm reward members who have not reached platinum, gold or silver status will receive these freight.

Is there custom fees I should pay?
