What if I received thedefective items?

• They build things to last. They make their products themselves. No container ships, no tariff nonsense. They stand behind their quality, which is why when the once-in-a-blue-moon mistake happens, they’re on top of it. They recommend taking the following steps on each delivery.

• Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. You must file a claim with the shipping company.

• If your item has minor damage, accept delivery but when you sign off on the delivery partner’s paperwork, be sure to note “product was damaged on arrival.” Please file a claim with the shipping company.

• If your item has major damage, refuse delivery for that item. You must file a claim with the Shipping Company.

• If there are multiple items in your order, you must accept delivery of undamaged items. Redelivery charges are the responsibility of the consumer.

How to track my order?

• Text messages alerting you of delivery and important stages!

• Check your status online any time anywhere as they update you at each stage of the build.

• And you'll even be able to track the location as your furniture makes its way to your home.

How much is the shipping?

• At Whom, they decided to open up and be wholly transparent in their shipping program. They wish they could hand deliver your furniture, but they're better at woodworking than driving.

• They use a Fedex Freight to transfer furniture from the factory to thrir local partners JB Hunt distribution centers. 

• Once it's arrived, JB Hunt will reach out to schedule a delivery time.

• Shipping can get pretty pricey for a couch, so they charge a simple rate: 10%. If your order is $10, your shipping is $1. If the total is $126, shipping is $12.60.

What are the delivery preparations?

• Most of their furniture pieces include delivery inside your home with experienced “white-glove” service professionals, who will unpack and inspect each item, assemble it (if necessary), and place it in the desired room. 

• They also remove all packaging materials for your convenience. It is important to note that their delivery team is not permitted to move, rearrange or otherwise modify furniture or elements of your home at the time of delivery. 

• Please ensure that your home is prepared to receive your pieces before their team arrives. 

How long will my order take?

• They produce their pieces in 4 weeks, and delivery can take up to an additional seven days, depending on the location of the customer. 

• When you place your order, they'll give you a firm date. The second your pieces are completed, they're out the door.
