Can I make a return at Wyckes?

• Wyckes Furniture accepts returns within three (3) days of your receipt of items, excluding bedding. You will be charged a 30% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Special order items are not returnable. Special orders due to customer preference, unsuitability or other reasons will not be returned. Wyckes Furniture does not accept returns for mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter covers or other bedding. 

• Wyckes Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or replace items that are not new due to damage or improper use. If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pick-up fee. If you cancel an order or a particular regular stock item for any reason, you will be charged a 10% cancellation charge on the cancelled item. If your item has been moved to the store or used for delivery, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on the transferred item. Special order items cannot be cancelled for any reason. The furniture protection program cannot be canceled for any reason.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Wyckes?

• The buyer agrees to pay on time, otherwise the advance payment will be forfeited. No return and no refund for installment payment. All goods need to show ID. Any item unpackaged prior to shipping cannot be returned or replaced, and damage or defects cannot be reported within 48 hours. Any unwrapped items cannot be withdrawn or stored at the furniture outlet.All returned or replaced products must be in good condition and packed in good condition; Otherwise, additional charges may apply. In addition, certain products cannot be returned because neither they nor their suppliers can return them.

• Merchandise sold "as is" or "Clearance" or "Floor Model" is final and will not qualify for warranties, replacements, allowances, refunds or services. Extended warranties cannot be sold with goods purchased "as is".

• All defect claims must be received in writing within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and will be reviewed and, if approved, repaired or replaced at their discretion. The above warranty is limited to Wicks Furniture's option to repair or replace a defective product.

How much is the freight?

Delivery costs $79 to Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Phoenix, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada, Chicago, Illinois and surrounding areas. The flat fee in Ventura and SAN Bernardino counties is $129. They are now offering a quotation for delivery to Tijuana. Outside these areas, please call for shipping quotes. All deliveries require a driver's license from anyone over the age of 18.

What about assembly?

Most of their furniture is assembled, but some are quick and easy to put together. If you need the service of assembling furniture, they recommend Impact Resource Group, which provides assembly services in most parts of the United States. Their model has been written into their computer system so they can quickly provide a quote. Many of their customers simply forward their email order confirmation giving them a simple quote.

What should I do if order bulky items?

Delivery to the first floor only. A signature is required for delivery. Telephone appointment arranged by Courier company. Delivery can be arranged upstairs, please call for details.
