What is the booking fee?

Admission only is $89.00 for adults and $44.50 for children. If you want to add transportation in the comfort of the hotel, the fee is $107.10 for adults and $59.50 for children.

How long are tickets valid for?

Your ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Their tour or park tickets are not redeemable for other products.

Can I cancel service?

Yes, cancellation is possible on the following basis: The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Cancellation more than 2 days in advance will incur a 10% administrative fee; from 2-0 days or no-show, reservations are non-refundable. Packages and Xperience Passport are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

What discounts do they support?

• 10% discount on park or tour (except Xcaret Park) tickets purchased 7 to 20 days in advance. It does not apply to a combination of two or more parks or tours.

• 15% discount on park or tour (except Xcaret Park) tickets purchased at least 21 days in advance. It also applies to buying a combination of two parks or tours.

• 20% off the purchase of a combination of three or more parks or tours.

• 50% off for children 5 to 11 years old. Children under the age of 4 can enter for free. The minimum recommended age for Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xavage, Xoximilco and Xenses is 5 years old. For Xenotes Tour is 6 years old. Discounts for 7 to 21 days in advance purchases do not apply to Xcaret Park admission or tours.
