Yardandpool.com offers a 30-day return policy on eligible new, unused/unopened items in their original condition and original packaging. In most cases, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you have a return, you must contact them to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns received without an RMA number will be rejected. Items must be new, in their original unused/unopened condition, and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply for returned items that are damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, or showing obvious signs of use.
What is their shipping policy?
Yardandpool.com offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipped to 48 consecutive states. Next day and 2nd day air shipping for orders after 1:00pm EST. Will ship the next business day. Next day and 2nd sky shipments placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. They ship via multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Yardandpool.com reserves the right to use the best carrier to ship your order. Some products require freight truck delivery. Shipments require an adult 18 years of age or older to be present at the time of delivery. All shipments are curbside only. Please check your order carefully before signing for it.
What if I received an order that was not mine?
Customers who received the wrong item due to a Yardandpool.com error must contact them within 7 business days of receiving the item. Upon request, they will send you a return label and issue an RMA number. When the incorrect item is received, they will either send the correct item or refund the purchase price. Shipments of correct items will only be sent via standard ground service. Any order shortages or missing items must also be reported within 7 business days of receipt of the item.
