When will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard ground shipping usually arrives in most U.S. cities within 1 to 5 business days. They estimate all their shipping costs based on weight, delivery/delivery to location, and shipping method. Actual shipping charges may apply. Yard Envy does not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Does the product support a warranty?

Yard Envy product warranties vary by product. Please refer to the product specification details to determine the warranty on the product of interest or consult a sales representative. Warranty may be voided due to product misuse or other factors considered to be unnatural use of the product. Yard Envy stands by its products and is committed to protecting the interests of its customers and will either replace the product or reimburse the cost of product purchase if the product does not meet its warranty standards. Do they offer free return?

Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days. 10% restocking fee waived if additional orders are placed. Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in "like new" in the manufacturer's original packaging, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
