What is their shipping policy?

• Once you place an order, they will provide you with the estimated delivery time of the order. The delivery time starts from the delivery date, not from the order date. The delivery time is for reference only and depends on whether your order is accepted and approved. They will use reasonable commercial efforts to complete all orders on the same day of each month. 

• To understand the price of your order, simply add the item you want to buy to the shopping cart and then enter the checkout page. On the checkout screen, the freight will be displayed. Shipping costs for orders shipped in the United States are fixed costs. 

What is their return policy?

• Yogaclub is committed to providing its customers with an excellent subscription experience. Although they want you to be satisfied with all the items you receive, they can only refund the defective items. If you receive defective items, please contact them at the following address within thirty (30) days after receiving the defective items: [email protected] Provide details and photos of defects and any other relevant information, and they will try their best to determine feasible solutions.

• If the products need to be returned, after receiving the returned products, they will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the products, and notify the customer by email within a reasonable time whether the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement due to defects. If the customer has the right to request replacement or refund, they will use the original payment method to replace the product or refund. It is up to them to decide whether to replace or refund.

• Exchange clothing items will be accepted at a restocking fee of $12.95 per item. If the item you received in the subscription box does not meet your preferences, please contact them within fourteen (14) days after receiving the item so that you can replace the new, undamaged item (still with all labels) with a similar item.
