How do returns and refunds work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send it back within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange for a different or more suitable size. All products you wish to return or exchange must be in their original packaging. Please note that their exchange and return policy does not cover damage due to misuse. Once their team receives your returned order, they will credit your original payment method. They process all returns manually and they ask you to wait up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Can I track my order?

If you place your order 1-3 business days ago, their warehouse may still be packing your order and you should receive a shipping confirmation within the next 2 business days. Once the order ships, they no longer have control over the order and they don't have any information other than what is shown in your tracking information.

How do I know if my size fits?

When standing and fully loaded, there should be half to the width of the thumbnail between the end of the shoe and the longest toe. The reason for this is that your feet will swell throughout the day, so it's important to have enough room to accommodate any swelling.

Do they support me with an exchange?

They want you to get the right size and fit so they can exchange. Just send your shoes back within 30 days of receiving them and they will send you the shoes and styles of your choice.
