How long does it take to deliver my order?
Most orders will usually ship within 7 business days or less, provided the product ordered is in stock, or on order from the main warehouse.
If this is not quick enough for you, tehy do offer faster handling times for an additional charge. Please call them if this is needed. 1 (877) 296-8793.
Order and payment must be completed before 2:00 pm (Eastern Time).
If item is not shipped within the guaranteed time the upgrade cost will be refunded.
How much do I need to pay for the doestic order?
Domestic Shipping charges apply to orders destined for the United States of America, and their territories.
S&H is an abbreviation for Shipping and Handling.
This is not postage, although postage does make up the lions share of S&H.
They charge S&H, not raw postage. They pay their employees to pack your orders and ensure they are protected, pay for packing materials, boxes, tape, and supplies, and have 25+ temperature controlled warehouses to store their merchandise.
All of these costs, including a portion of the warehousing, makes up the S&H charge. S&H is non-negotiable.
How to track my order?
They provide tracking numbers for every shipment they send.
They put tracking on every order for a variety of reasons.
So they can show the package was shipped and delivered.
So you can track it.
To use as supporting proof if a package was not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address.
So you can coordinate accepting your packages and bringing them inside as quickly as possible after delivery.
Does Yourwdwstore offer international shipping?
Yes. International Shipping charges apply to orders destined for anywhere outside the United States of America, and their territories. Yes, this includes Mexico and Canada.
S&H does not include international customs or duties, taxes, or any other associates fees or charges associated with delivery of the order. These charges are assessed by YOUR COUNTRY.
They are the sole financial responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
They offer free shipping on select items, shipped within the United States. They DO NOT offer free international shipping.
