How can I return the items?

• You can bring it to store, bring items with all original certificates and accessories to your local store. Go to any store associate for assistance. Refunds can be expected on your billing statement within 30 days.

• You can send it by mail, start your return online, ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that they'll email to you to print at home. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip. No printer? Show your digital return code at an eligible UPS location and they'll print a shipping label for you. Returns are processed within 5 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.

Can you deliver it on the same day?

• Shop your local Zales Outlet online and get it delivered today without having to leave home! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries that pop up, or grabbing a holiday gift. Select Same-Day Local Delivery from the Shipping Options and complete your purchase.

Can I pick up in store later?

• Shop online as usual, at Checkout, select the Pickup My Order option. Your items will be shipped to your selected store at no cost to you. They will email you when your order arrives. Stop by and pick up your order at a time that's convenient to you.

• Only items available in your selected store's current inventory are available for same-day pick up. Most items purchased online are shipped from their distribution centers and require additional lead time.

When will I receive my refund?

Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
