How to use Zenbev?

The Zenbev return policy applies to the first time purchase of a 250g jar of Zenbev Drink mix on its own or as part of a bundle.  Under the proper circumstances, a return will be processed if you are not happy with your purchase.  Please follow these directions to comply with their policy.

How can I start a return at ZenBev?

• Before a return can be processed, you must notify a Customer Care Representative at [email protected], in order to qualify for a refund and to receive return shipping instructions.

• They ask that you try Zenbev for at least two weeks before determining that it does not work for you. Some people notice results right away. For others, it can take two to three weeks to stimulate natural melatonin production again and may, therefore, take a little longer than expected.

• Returns to Biosential that provide a receipt and show the proper jar will receive a refund. Since they provide free shipping, they do not refund original shipping costs with the return but also, they do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns.

• Returns received after 30 days may not be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.
