AAF Nation Frequently Asked Questions
What is their shipping policy?
Currently, AAF Nation ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. They also ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan and the UK. Each print requires different processing, so the length of production time may vary from 5 to 7 business days from the date of the order. Due to the nature of sublimation printing, production may sometimes be delayed. They use standard shipping methods, 3-5 business days from the date the item goes offline.
What if I not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with the item you received, please contact customer service first by sending an email to [email protected]. Items returned to the manufacturer without contacting customer service will not be handled properly. Currently, they do not accept returns for any reason as, as previously mentioned, they do not keep stock or stock of all custom items. If you would like to make corrections to your order, please do so within 24 hours from the date you submitted your order. They usually send your order information to the production facility immediately, but they can still make changes to your request if you contact them within the time frame specified.
How do I get refunds?
AAF Nation refunds via store credit. If the customer declines a store credit refund, a $5 cancellation and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount through the funding source. You can use your store credits to buy any other item from their store. You'll earn store credits in exchange for any items that are delivered with damaged or missing parts. If they make a mistake and you decline their offer to send you the correct item, you'll also get store credits equal to half of what you paid.
