What is their return policy?

Unless otherwise stated, all exchange returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item by the customer. All items shipped by AH Parts have a marker-based handwritten number for identification purposes which must be retained on any returned item. Returns can only be accepted if the customer has received an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by contacting them. Returns of incorrectly ordered parts will incur a 25% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping and handling charges. In order to identify the wrong order, they may ask you for the VIN of the vehicle. AH Parts cannot pay return shipping for incorrectly ordered items. Items lost or damaged during the return process will not be returned. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package the returned item to avoid damage. Shipping refunds cannot be offered for international shipping if the shipping is considered LTL or shipping. Shipping refunds are only available for non-expedited shipping.

What is their shipping policy?

Based in Sacramento and Rancho Cordova, they ship worldwide using FedEx and USPS. Your item will usually ship the same business day or the next business day. For heavier or larger items, they ship using commercial ltl. If you need to buy auto parts faster, tell them and they will get a quote for expedited shipping. Get salvaged Honda, Acura or other auto parts wherever you are.

Does AH Parts support warranty?

The warranty period starts after receiving the mail. Mechanical and electrical components are warranted only when installed by an ASE certified technician and intended for regular use or regular road driving, and under certain conditions: Components with safety and programming requirements must be installed by the dealer who sells and service the vehicle . Warranty applies to item price and non-expedited shipping only, excluding international shipping charges. The warranty does not cover labor, installation costs or any charges associated with pickup from the terminal or locally. All non-mechanical and non-electrical items come with a 30-day inspection and testing window. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
