Can I cancel my orders at Allaboutdoors?

• They will try their best to ensure that your products are delivered to you at the fastest speed. Usually, this is much faster than 24 hours. they cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped, but they will be happy to refund you through the return process described above.

• Where possible, hardware is shipped in original retail or contractor grade packaging. they check parts before shipping and, if needed, add additional packaging to ensure safe delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all their parts and hardware are new.

• You can rest assured that all their parts and hardware will meet your expectations, otherwise they will repair or replace them. However, they cannot refund the freight cost incurred.

• They cannot refund the following items: Having scratched, damaged, used or missing or replaced parts.
