What is your return policy?

• Items may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. 

• Items must be in their original condition with tags. Laundered items are neither exchangeable or refundable. 

• Embroidered items are neither exchangeable or refundable. 

• Non-embroidered items purchased online and NOT at any AUW retail location may be returned for a refund or credit if they are in their original condition with tags and within 15 days of receipt. 

• All shipping/freight charges must be prepaid by customer on exchanged items unless the exchange is a result of their error.
