Do they ship internationally?
They ship internationally to all countries (except Russia). For all orders over $600 (USD), they provide free international transportation, otherwise the standard transportation is $29.95 (USD), and for all countries outside the United States, the priority transportation is $49.95 (USD).
For international orders, duties and taxes can be paid at the time of delivery. Tariffs and taxes may vary from country to country. Unfortunately, they cannot control the tariffs and tariffs of any particular country imposed by your government on any order. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes levied on the order. They are legally responsible for the original price of any items presented by the border agencies.
If the package is left at the customs, or the order information provides the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
What is their return policy?
Items purchased online can be returned within 21 days after the purchase date. The exclusions apply to gift cards, final sales goods and goods purchased at a discount of 40% or more, as detailed below. They cannot accept items that are different from the status of the items you receive. The clothes must be undressed, unwashed and undamaged, and still have the original label for a full refund to the original payment form. Items that do not meet this description do not meet the return conditions.
Please note that: The original freight of any order is not refundable. If you use their prepaid shipping label when returning goods, a fixed fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund amount. (if the international return does not meet the conditions of the prepaid freight label, the customer can use any traceable transportation method to send it back. All transportation costs are borne by the customer.)
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Goods purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned to Alps rock online store. Please contact the original store where you purchased the goods.
What is their exchange policy?
Goods purchased online can be exchanged within 21 days after the purchase date.
American exchange:
-All U.S. exchange programs are eligible for free return shipping labels.
-Please follow the steps at the top of the page to apply for the return shipping label. The return freight will be exempted from the fixed fee of $7.
-Once they receive your returned goods, they will send your exchange order free of charge.
International Exchange:
-At present, they do not accept the exchange of international orders.
-Please place a new order for the goods you want and return your original goods for a refund.
-All tariffs, taxes and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
