How much cannabis can I order?

• In California, a recreational customer can order to the limit as follows a day:

• 1 ounce or 28.5 grams of cannabis flower

• 8 grams of cannabis concentrates (including edibles and vaporizer cartridges).

Do they have a veterans and active service members discount?

They have no current promotions for veterans or active service members, but feel free to get in touch with their customer support team if you meet either criteria and would like additional information, get in touch with them by selecting either of the “Contact” buttons below.

How will I know my referrals are being credited to me?

• You can see the status of your referrals by visiting amuse.com/referrals and logging into your account. Once your friends sign up using your referral link, they will appear in the “Referral Status” section.

• You'll receive a referral bonus when friends you refer complete their first delivery. Successful referrals will show a status of “Completed” in the status section.

• When a friend who signed up using your link completes their first purchase, you’ll receive an email with your promo code. Be sure to hang on to the promo code if you don’t plan to use it right away!

What does out for delivery mean?

• This is the moment you’ve been waiting for! Your order has been assigned to a driver and is en route to you. No need to get off the couch quite yet. They’ll shoot you another reminder when your driver is just 5 minutes away.

• You can also get in touch with our self-help widget located on the bottom right of their page to get an ETA on your delivery. Just ask Muse Bot "ETA" and it'll provide you a time you should expect your delivery. 

Are there penalties for canceling an order?

• Fun fact: they’re cannabis people, not penalties people. They know ups and downs happen, which is why cancelling an order comes at no penalty to you.

• Of course, if it gets to be a thing, they might have to *sigh* suspend your account (please don’t make them do it!)

How long does it take to get a refund?

• Selling cannabis comes with a lot of rules and regulations. They won’t bore you with the details, but just know tehy can’t issue refunds for products purchased on their site for legal reasons (they do wish they could though!)
