When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
How do I chceck my order status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
What should I do if my size is noy avaliable?
If your desired color or size is not currently available, please click “Is your size sold out?” on the product page and you will be notified when that item is back in stock.
I'm unsure about size and fit. What do I do?
They’ve provided a size and fit guide for you to help determine your size for clothing and swimwear. Also, garment measurements are provided on each product page. If you would like more help, please contact their customer service.
I order the wrong size! Can I edit my order?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size/item or would like to add to your order, you will have to call or e-mail our customer service within 30 minutes of placing your order to edit your order.

Is there a warranty for otur products?
Yes!Amuse Society covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from AmuseSociety.com or an authorized dealer.

I lost my prepaid returan label. How do I get another one?
To print out a copy of your prepaid return label, log into My Account and click on “Order History” and select the order you wish to return.
If you do not have an account, please enter your Order ID # and Order Email.
Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the pre-paid return shipping label.
