What if I am not available to receive my order?

• You will be informed as soon as your order is dispatched . Their logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.

• An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. 

• If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to their warehouse.

• The order will be cancelled and your refund as Amydus Coupon code, if any, will be processed within 7 days.

What if I have received the damaged parcel?

• If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not  accept it and inform them at [email protected]

• They make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from their order-processing unit. 

• Amydus.com will not be responsible for lost items if you accept a damaged parcel.

What is the return policy?

• Return will be reviewed and honoured up to 7 days from the date of order delivered.Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they are shipped.

• If the tag seal that loops around main label to price tags, is broken, then the product will not be accepted for return.

• In case an item does not meet your expectations, you can request for its return either via email at [email protected]. New feature on website allows an option on your "Manage orders" panel to generate a return request with option to write reason for return and also upload picture regarding the same. 

What are the conditions for return items?

• Item should be returned in original packing. They recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. They will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. 

• If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day they receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.
