What is Andis' return policy?
Your satisfaction is everything they seek. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to them for repair, replacement or refund (minus shipping and tax) within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, their normal warranty policy applies. Quick note: this only applies to items purchased directly from them. Your purchase is not made directly through Andis, they offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, during which they will repair or replace your item. Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status. Unfortunately, Andis cannot return any items purchased through other retailers or distributors.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
They strive to ship within 24 to 48 hours. Note that they start processing the order as soon as you place it, so they cannot make any changes to the order after it has been submitted. Andis does ship outside of Puerto Rico as it is considered part of the United States. However, you can expect up to 14 business days for shipping.
Can I track my Andis purchase or repair?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with order tracking information. Unfortunately, Andis does not currently ship outside the US, but you will most likely still be able to get Andis products where you are. They do not currently offer any upgrades or expedited shipping. Since they start processing your order as soon as it's shipped, they won't be able to make any changes or cancel the order once it's been placed.
What is Andis' warranty policy?
All Andis products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. If proof of purchase is provided, the product may be sent to Andis for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, you will have to pay shipping for this. There is more information on all of this on the use and care card. If the blade set fails to meet your expectations, they will re-sand it for free if returned within 10 days of purchase.
