What are the delivery time options?
Standard delivery time slots are:
8am - 2pm (not offered in all cities)
9am - 3pm (not offered in all cities)
Shorter time frames are offered in some cities. If a shorter time frame is available it will appear in the delivery slot window located on the shopping cart page. For assistance with arranging a special delivery time that does not appear as an option online.
How to view order status?
They are unable to provide an exact time of delivery within the chosen delivery window. The delivery time is coordinated between their local balloon designer and the recipient either the day prior or the day of delivery.
The status of your order will not change from ‘Confirmed’ until after the balloons are received and our delivery driver returns from their route for theday.
The status of your delivery will be updated by end-of-day and may not be updated until after the chosen delivery window.
