How can I make a return at BarstoolDirect?

• For UPS/Fedex/USPS delivery: please notify all damages and defects through the return request link within 15 days after the date of receipt. They will lodge a claim against the carrier for all items damaged due to transportation. Please provide them with a simple picture of the received package, and they will provide you with a return label or pick-up. 

• Note: please be sure to keep the original packing case so that the transportation carrier can come to inspect it.
