What is their return policy?

Due to the nature of their product, once an item leaves their warehouse it is considered used and therefore not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to health and safety concerns. Their staff are trained on all of their products and are more than happy to help you choose the one that's right for you, if you have any questions before buying, please put them in direct contact via their contact form. What is the price of the kit?

Depending on your budget and what you want to sell, you can choose from a variety of starter kit options at different price levels! You can always add more products to your kit later. The monthly management fee is $19. This includes the cost of your Bedroom Kandi and Kandi Koated pages, as well as your access to all the training resources and special support they plan to offer!

How is my order shipped to me?

They ship all orders discreetly. Your order will be shipped in standard brown corrugated boxes via UPS or USPS. They ship using recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible. The return address label on the package is from Suki, LLC. All of their orders are shipped from their distribution center in New Hampshire, USA.

How soon can I receive my order?

They ship within 3-4 business days of receiving the order. Their office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST. Please allow up to one week for delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available. Please allow USPS to update detailed tracking information within 24 hours from the date of your item's shipment notification. This notification is sent by email. Note that orders may be processed on dates that USPS is closed, but these dates do not count as shipping dates. Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. After you receive the confirmation email, please allow 24 hours for USPS to update the detailed tracking information.
