Are children 2 and under still free with the birthday party?
Yes, children 2 and under are free but are included in the head count because of Covid the party room max is 30 total people.
Do you have a lost & found?
Yes. Their lost and found is available during their hours of operation. For sanitary reasons, they cannot store wet clothing, towels, or any other fabric items left at the water.
Is there a fee for adults attending the birthday party but not participating?
All adults ages 18 and over are to be included within the headcount given for each of their party packages due to all visits to the park requiring reservations at this time to meet their capacity requirements per state guidelines.
Do you offer locker storage?
They offer both Small and Large lockers for daily rental on a first come first serve basis. Guest must either stow their belongings and personal items in a locker or in their vehicles. Only towels are permitted in the water park. Because their guests eat at the tables throughout the water park, they do not allow bags and personal items to be stored there. They are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Why do I need to choose my attendance date when I purchase online?
For the best experience, Sahara Sam's limits the capacity of their park. They encourage guests to buy online to guarantee their admission on a specific date. They do not guarantee tables and chairs, these are available on a first come first serve basis.
How do I redeem my online ticket?
Tickets, vouchers, and passes purchased online are delivered to your email address after purchase. You will need to print this ticket and bring it with you the day of your visit. Sorry, Sahara Sam's cannot print tickets for you. A photo ID is required for the redemption of each online ticket.
