When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your order and credit verification confirmed. Friday orders after 11:00AM EST will be processed the following Monday. Shipping time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from them. Generally, domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days.

How much do I need to purchase to be eligible for the free shipping?

Customers need to buy products above $150 and enjoy free shipping.

Can I amend my order?

Once an order has been placed, Blancsom cannot change or cancel it. Rejected packages are subject to restocking fees.

Do they offer an exchange service?

Blancsom does not accept exchanges. For any unwanted product, the customer must follow the return process (described above) and will need to place a new order for the product they want.

What if I not satisfied with my order?

Blancsom accepts returns within 15 days of receipt. Items purchased at a 50% discount (or more) are final sales and cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund after processing. If Blancsom makes an error, or the item is defective or damaged, the customer will be reimbursed for shipping and return shipping. Returned items must be eligible for return and will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please ensure all items are returned clean, undamaged, with all labels intact and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original box. For hygiene purposes, underwear, pierced jewelry, cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned or exchanged. Naturally any defective item can be returned.
