What is their return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, they have a final policy on all sales. They don't allow changes or cancellations as the order may be shipped the same day it was placed. They know you'll appreciate that you'll receive a brand new, never-stained product, not someone else's exchange or return. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide photos of the defective and/or incorrect product. They will not replace products that are different from the ones originally ordered.

What is their shipping policy?

All orders are shipped in polyethylene envelopes unless otherwise stated. Items may be shipped from any of their warehouses, including Utah, Ohio and/or directly from their manufacturers in China. They ship as soon as possible, but this doesn't always ship the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an email confirming your order. With a few exceptions, Breast Pads do ship internationally. If they offer you insurance but don't accept it, they are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

How do I request a gift card, promo code or gift certificate?

Please note that only one code (gift card, gift certificate or promo code) can be used per order and cannot be used for SP&S charges.

• You must select a quantity before placing an item in the shopping bag.

• You will then be directed to the shopping bag containing your line items.

• Above the line item, you'll see the "Enter Discount Code/Gift Card" submission text box.

• Please enter the gift card or gift certificate code you received in this text box. Be sure to click the Apply Code button. After you apply the code, you will see a change in the total to reflect the discount offered by the gift card/certificate.
