What is their return policy?
They guarantee 100% of their products. If they make a mistake, they will correct it for free each time. Products shipped without material defects are not subject to refunds, returns or exchanges. Please check the item upon delivery and if they miss a problem, please notify them within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, they cannot offer a replacement or refund.
Can I receive printed samples before placing an order?
Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples of specific products. Stock samples look the same as shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include the exact product of your choice, including your choice of size, paper, and unique personalization. Use their editor to create exactly what you want and add to your cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Greeting card samples do not include envelopes.
Do they ship internationally?
Currently, they only ship to the US and Canada. Standard ground service is not available in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders in these regions will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air shipping option.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom print orders generally require 1-4 business days of print and production time. Shipping time is additional and may take 1-6 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate delivery dates and shipping costs is to add items to your cart and configure shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades, including addressing services, special instructions, foil stamping, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance, and proofing approvals. These items may require additional processing time. They are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS).
I'm having trouble using a promo code, what should I do?
To use a promotional code, enter the code into the box under "Promotional code or account credit" during checkout. Your order total will be updated to the discounted amount immediately upon application. If you get an error message, please check the expiration date before contacting their customer service team.
