What is Backorders?
They try their best to have enough inventory available for their customers, but occasionally they underestimate the popularity of an item. Most often they are able to reserve the item for you on backorder.
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost to you. (The original shipping dates will still apply to any other items on your order.)
You can review the status of the backordered item from your Personal Shopping Account by clicking on "Order History & Tracking."
If you do not find the information you need, contact them via email, chat or phone for assistance.
- There are times when a shipment of backordered products is unexpectedly delayed. When this happens, they will send you an email indicating which item has been delayed and its new estimated shipping date.
Can I ship a gift to multiple addresses?

How Returns are Processed?
The item is returned to Lands' End within 90 days of receipt of shipment. Credit for returned items is issued back to the form of payment used on the original order. Replacement orders are processed and charged using original payments. Filling out the Reorder form on the back of your paperwork authorizes Lands' End to charge your initial form of payment on the replacement order unless otherwise noted on the return paperwork.
